Welcome to So What Labs Ltd’s Marketing Analytics Platform (the “Platform”), which provides comprehensive marketing insights and recommendations to optimize your business strategies. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legal agreement between you (“User,” “You,” or “Your”) and So What Labs Ltd (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”) and govern your access to and use of the Platform.
To use the Platform, you must register for an account. By registering, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account details and all activities under your account.
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.
You commit to using the Platform for lawful purposes and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the Content you provide. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to, unauthorized access attempts and the introduction of malicious software.
The Platform’s intellectual property, except for the User Content, belongs to the Company. User Content remains the intellectual property of the respective User.
Users grant the Company a global, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display User Content solely to provide services to the User within the Platform. By using the Platform, you allow So What Labs Ltd to scrape your publicly available website pages to build context for your business. The Platform will make all possible efforts to adhere to your robots.txt instructions. We do not claim ownership of User Content, and you retain all rights to your User Content.
Our Data Privacy Policy, which describes our data handling practices, is incorporated herein by reference.
We transfer data to Third-Party AI Platforms under conditions that aim to protect your data, but we assume no liability for data breaches within such platforms.
While we strive to provide accurate insights, we make no warranties as to their success or applicability. Our liability for any damages arising from your use of the Platform or any third-party data breaches is excluded to the fullest extent permissible by law. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Platform, and any outstanding payments will become due.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to you via email.

New users are eligible for a 30-day free trial. No payment information is required, and you may enjoy full Platform access. If you choose not to continue with a subscription post-trial, your account will be downgraded to a basic access level with limited functionality.
Subscription fees are due monthly from the date of tier selection. Payment will be automatically processed from the method on file.
Subscriptions renew monthly. Cancellation must be initiated before the end of the current billing period to avoid the next charge.
We reserve the right to modify pricing.
Purchases are final and non-refundable, barring exceptional circumstances such as service failure. To request an exception, please contact us.
